ARZOO BD reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time without prior notice. Changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, operational needs, or other reasons deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the trip.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding any changes that may arise.

Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Booking Policy

●  Booking Amount:

To confirm your booking, a payment of 50% of the package plus the visa fee is required.

●  Refund Policy (Visa Denial):

If your visa application is rejected, all money will be refunded except for a portion of the visa fee, which is non-refundable.

●  Payment Timeline:

               ○  50% of the total amount must be paid for booking

               ○ The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 15 days before your flight.

Cancellation Policy

●  After receiving your visa, if you want to cancel, 20,000 BDT will be deducted as penalty.

●  If you cancel:

               ○ 15 days or more before the flight: 25% of the total amount will be charged.

               ○ 7 to 14 days before the flight: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

○ Less than 7 days before the flight: 100% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.

Refund Policy

●  Refunds will only be processed through cheque.

●  The processing time for refunds is 7 to 15 business days.
